How does Remi's memory work?​

Remi builds a structured memory from your conversations. It updates a little after you chat, so what you said today shapes how Remi helps you tomorrow. You can see everything Remi remembers under Memory in the app.

How do I make Remi forget something?​

Open Memory, find the item, and remove it — or simply tell Remi in chat to forget it. Forgotten items are removed and won't be re-derived from old conversations.

How do reminders work?​

Just say it: "remind me to call mom tomorrow at 6." Remi confirms, then sends you a notification at the right time. To change or cancel, just tell Remi.

Why didn't I get my reminder notification?​

Check that notifications are enabled for Remi in Settings → Notifications → Remi. Reminders are delivered as push notifications and need this permission.

What does Remi Plus include?​

Remi is free to try with a monthly message allowance. Plus removes the limit and unlocks voice replies. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions on your iPhone.

How do I delete my account?​

In the app, go to Settings and choose account deletion, or email us and we'll take care of it. Deleting your account removes your conversations, memory, and account data.
